So take your pick from our dorm-style rooms of up to 10 beds, including female-only dorms, and even family rooms. Not to mention, you’ll get full access to our spacious communal areas where you can chill and mingle with other travelers. You’ll never walk alone!

    SOME FAQS

    A group booking can fall under 3 categories
    a. 10 people or more in the booking.
    b. Four (4) or more rooms, or eight (8) or more beds in the booking.
    c. Multiple bookings across different dates and/or properties, for the same traveller/s

    The group booking process is as follows
    a. Complete the online form with all your booking request details
    b. Finalise the booking, including supplying credit card details.
    c. Complete room list from the digital link (7 days prior to arrival).
    d. Check in online (the day before arrival)
    e. Arrive at Haka House Hostel, collect your keys and enjoy our amazing location.

    F.I.T Acceptance – Non-Refundable Rate
    When confirming your reservation online, the credit card on file will automatically be charged.

    Cancellation Policy – The guest will be charged the total amount for their stay if they cancel a non-refundable booking at any time. Full payment is taken upon confirmation of the reservation.

    F.I.T Acceptance – Flexible Rate
    When confirming your reservation online, the credit card on file will be charged 2 days prior to your arrival.

    Cancellation Policy – The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival (48 hours before 14:00 NZT on the arrival day). After that, the guest will be charged the cost of the first night for each room/bed booked if they cancel within one day of arrival. Full payment is taken 14 days prior to the guest checking in. Therefore, if cancellation occurs, a refund may need to be processed.

    Group Reservation
    Payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival. When confirming online, the credit card on file will automatically be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will apply a 100% cancellation fee.

    No Shows:
    No refund for no-shows, the guest is liable for the full amount of the booking.
