  • Frequent Departures: Two “Big Red” Jet Boats depart up to every 15 minutes, each carrying a maximum of 14 passengers.
  • Transport Options: Complimentary shuttle transfers are available from ‘The Station’ Information Centre in downtown Queenstown, departing up to every 15 minutes.
  • Spectator Friendly: Visitors are welcome to watch the jet boats from the River Base and use the complimentary shuttle service on a space-available basis.
